You can now have audio/video files as audio quotes that can be played in a voice chat.

New Audio Quote Feature!

Dear users,
    Upon discovering the /create_author command was broken I fixed it immediately, but I realized that servers that had recently added the bot had been unable to create authors, and thus unable to use the bot at all. I figured the best way to let those users know that the bot was fixed was by creating a notification system. With /notification_options you can change the channel where notifications are sent or turn notifications off. While I'm here, I thought I should let you all know that every message is now color coded.

Red = error
Blue = information
Green= audio quotes
Orange = quotes with images
Purple = regular quotes
Yellow = notifications
