As the title suggests, the program is closing. This means no new players can join until further notice.

The developers are working hard on getting a new database up and running. After this happens, new players can join without any requirements other than having a mutual server with the bot.

The Private Program is closing

- alliance member tax and the **/alliance change_member_tax** command. Charge your members a weekly occuring tax, and set it with the command noted.
- diplomacy commands fixes
- info is now more reliable in downtime situations (you can use it to be informed about certain situations)
- 10 soliders now use only 1 munitions (if you have any battle issues let me know)
- war declare interaction issue fix
- tax is now more dependent on the population
- Food is now used more:
   For nations with less than 50 mil citizens will use the amount of food when you divide your population with 10,000
   For nations with less than 70 mil citizens will use the amount of food when you divide your population with 9,200
   For nations with less than 90 mil citizens will use the amount of food when you divide your population with 8,000
   For nations with less than 150 mil citizens will use the amount of food when you divide your population with 7,200
   For nations withmore than 150 mil citizens will use the amount of food when you divide your population with 6,300
- the security and integrity of the database has been greatly improved
- loops are now more secure and will less likely break
- other bug fixes 

So, what's next? 
Well, the next update, Tourism & Buildings, has been confirmed. The development of this update has started, the release is planned for the end of January. Donators will soon get a document containing the contents of the new update before anyone else, but in accordance with the Patreon (1) and Paypal (2) donator tiers.

Hello everyone, update v1.1.3 is now out!

• Military aiding is now possible (there are certain requirements to do it)
• Military Logistics Center building added. Having these makes it possible for aiding military units
• An upgradeable military factory system. /military factory_level
new /military logistics command, to see current deliveries to other nations
• /nation command design changes
• /war nations_list didn't display 5 random nations, only 5 starting ones from the list of all nations you can attack, fixed
• the war treaty reminder has been removed
• the war declare bug has been fixed

• other UI and minor design changes (price increase in water pumping station, eco outlet, changes in power capacity for all hydro power stations built after this message was sent)

v1.1.3 out now! New upgrades system.

• stats updated. It should display data correctly now, finally
loops now work on start of every hour (xx:00). Each loop runs differently, tax is 1 hour, expenses 3, civil and tourism 2, military 24, diplomacy 4 etc
• nation command aditions. you can now see tourism income per attraction type and lots of other data including data over time, like budget, tax per turn, happiness, resources, total military power etc. just wait a few turns
• trade deals sometimes returned a 404, bugfix
