Suggestion System [New Plugin]
 - You can now let users make suggestions in your server. /config -> Suggestions.
 - To suggest run /suggest or p!suggest
 - Interactive buttons for voting, and a staff panel.
 - Automatically creates a thread for conversations about the suggestion.

Admin Commands
 - Some fixes with /config.

Moderation Commands
 - /edit has been changed to /reason.

User Commands
 - Fixed /whois.
 - Synced /help with current commands.

Pulse Bot [V2.3]

Our Developers have been working hard and spending their time to bring this update to life.

Additions:
 > We have added a new Plugin with the name of "Global Bans" that will allow you to select different guilds you own to ban a user from instead of manually doing so. This helps if you have multiple sub servers of the main one.

 > We have also added a "Moderation Reason Presets" feature that allows all guilds to have a shortcut for their reasons going from "Disrespect" to just "r1".

 > The addition of 2 new commands "/modlogs clear" and "/modlogs transfer" to either clear all moderations of a user, or transfer them to someone else.

 > Changed the reminder system to add a list for you to see your current on going reminders.

 > Pulse Bot Ban integration, we have added this to be able to still log, and sent the user the appeal to make sure that all accidental bans are still logged, and appealable to the user.
