Link Blacklist
Ability to reset all warnings for a user in your server with a single command

Fixes:
You can now set roles, members, or channels where the bot will not delete links. Previously, there was an error where the bot would still delete links even if it shouldn't.
Note: When lowering a user's warning level, all previous warnings will now be reset to ensure the user doesn't have more warnings than allowed.

Information:
If there is no warning log available, it will not be displayed in the /dashboard. Also if you have set blacklist links, it will not been showed in the dashboard to keep the interface clean

Coming Soon:
Support for 3 new languages (Chinese, French, German)

IMPORTANT:

Fixes:
Link Protect did not find some Links even if the Protection was enabled. Now it will not be possible to get a link trhough Link Protect. We get the Link Protection at his maximum. 
If you will get a Link through him which he should detect and delete, I will go and get you 24 FREE BEER
