Added two new commands, both allowing users to self assign roles, each using a different user interface!

/buttonroles: Adds a buttonrole system to your server in the channel that the command is ran in. (similar to reaction roles but with buttons.)

/rolemenu: Add a role menu system in the channel that the command is ran in. (allows users to self-assign roles using a select menu)

Added Button roles and Role menus!

With the most recent update, you can steal emojis, create emojis, and even lock emojis to certain roles by using the /emoji commands and its 3 subcommands!
