Important Update

We've switched databases for better performance, which means all servers will need to reset the bot if they haven't already done so. Additionally, playlists will need to be remade. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this was necessary for Miko's continued growth.

Lavalink v4 Integration: Miko Radio has been updated to the latest version of Lavalink, ensuring better performance and stability.

Enhanced Search Engine: The default search engine now covers YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify and SoundCloud, expanding the music library for your listening pleasure.

Slash Commands: Introducing new slash commands - update, report, suggestion, and announcement - allowing for easier navigation and interaction within the system.

Custom Activity Presence: Personalize your presence and showcase your activities with the addition of custom activity settings.

Playlist Editor: Create and manage playlists with newfound ease, including the option to set them as private or public, ensuring a personalized listening experience.

Improved Player Control: Enhancements have been made to player controls, volume adjustment mechanisms, and language optimizations for seamless and immersive listening.

Other Enhancements: I've revamped command handling, split player control buttons for better accessibility, automated the deployment process, and improved the 'play' command's functionality to provide a more seamless experience.

User Experience Refinements: Removed 'autoComplete' and filters in select menus to streamline music playback, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

As our listener base grows, we've encountered challenges in managing the surge in traffic, which has impacted our ability to deliver the seamless experience you've come to expect from us.

In our commitment to improving service stability and performance, we've initiated the integration of additional shards into our infrastructure. Shards help distribute workload more efficiently, akin to adding more lanes to a highway to reduce congestion. We’ve been digging through the wires and, good news, we think we found the little demon messing with our tunes. We’re looking to slap a patch on this bad boy in the next few days, so hang tight.
