Telephone v2 has been released!

New Features/Changes:
- added "Quick Setup": The bot will now ask you for a Quick Setup when added to a server . This can also be manually started with /settings quick-setup
- added the yellow pages: You can now use the yellow pages to find other Discord servers (https://bot-telephone.com/yellow-pages). If you want to be listed on this page you can enable it by using /settings yellow-pages
- added /ran-call command: This command calls a random Discord server on the yellow pages.
- replaced /settings auto-join-voice: Has been replaced with /settings voice-channel-join-rule. This also allows you to change the voice channel the bot should join.
- added /settings language: Overrides the language the bot should use. Useful for non-community Discord servers
- some translations has been changed
- added a "dialing" sound effect (only for the classic sound pack for now)
- added some icons to buttons/embed messages
- French has been removed as supported language for now: I'll look forward to add community translations. Sorry therefore.
- the buttons to add a contact or block a number don't require administrator permissions anymore instead they use the required permissions corresponding to their command (/contact-list, /block-list)

Technical Changes:
The bot has been fully rewritten in Kotlin (previously written in Java) and should work generally more stable (hopefully)
With this change the bot is now open source! Ideas and contributions are appreciated! ♥️
