Bot can be added to servers again

- bot has been verified but now waiting for intents approval
- old commands has been removed. 
- slash commands has been added
- removed help command
- /setchannel #channel (slash commands)
- /removechannel #channel  (slash commands)

- added auto role (giving role when a member join to server
- added welcome message (send a message in ur choosen channel when a member join)
-added skullboard react to a message with :skull_crossbones: and it will add to ur choosen channel
