v0.3 Update

In this update, we've introduced exciting new features, including **Racing**! Utilize Shailushai Parts to build a Shailushai with `/racing build`, add boosters from `/shop`, and participate in races with `/racing bid`. Don't have the parts? No worries—bet on existing bidders. Check out the new `/guide` command for more details!

Additionally, we've added two handy commands: `/nerd` for wisdom and `/rizz` for some fun. Explore the new commands:
