Fixeos Generales:
- Se arreglaron los permisos de los comandos para administradores y más.

Sistema de Música
- Se agregó el comando `/leave` para que el bot salga de un canal de voz y con el comando `/join` se pueda unir nuevamente.
- Se agregó el comando `/skip` para saltar la música sin necesidad del menú.

- Hemos agregado una base de datos a nuestro BOT para que todo se almacene de una forma mas segura y mas eficiente!

Sistema de Logs
- Se agrego el sistema de logs, donde el usuario eligiera el canal donde quiere que salgan todos los logs events de su servidor a detalle.
- /logs activas :  Para activar los logs de tu servidor, deberás poner el canal en el cual quieres que se envíen todos los eventos.
-/logs activar :  para desactivar logs.

IMPORTANTE: Si algunas configuraciones se perdieron, hay que hacerlas de nuevamente, ya que por la base de datos se almacenaran de diferente manera y funcionaran mejor. Disculpen las molestias!

- A logging system has been added, allowing users to choose the channel where all detailed server log events will be sent.
- /logs activar :  To activate the logs of your server, you must set the channel on which you want all the events to be sent.

- Se hizo optimizacion del codigo en general.
- Se fixeo el que cuando creabas un sorteo se bugeaba el tiempo, ahora manejamos el texto de discord.
- Tambien se fixeo el cual no terminaba el sorteo cuando el tiempo acababa.
- Se arreglaron los eventos de los logs, que causaba crash en el bot (se agregaron nuevos logs).

Sistema de Forms
- Se arreglo que te enlistaba todos los forms existente, ya ahora te enlista solo los de tu servidor.
- Se añadio los forms a una base de datos para manejar mejor los datos y asegurarlos.
