New: Slash Commands!

Sorry for the lack of updates! As of around a week ago unfortunately the bot's normal commands have stopped working (slash commands are not affected by this). As a (hopefully) permanent fix, soon the bot will be switching to **mentioning commands**, so to access the help command you'd have to tag the bot like this:
@BravoOscarTango help
Prefixes will thus be **discontinued** and, if you wish to use slash commands, all commands will be available as slash commands (not just the flight sim commands like it is now).
This will be included in the upcoming version 2 of the bot which will also feature updated mod commands, as well as (finally) (hopefully) **Discord Verification**.
Finally, in v2 music commands will be removed and plenty of bug removals and performance improvements will make the overall experience much smoother.

Update on development 

Here's the big changes:
-No more prefixes, to access normal commands you'll have to tag the bot (`@BravoOscarTango#8030 help`)
-All commands are now available as slash commands, most of them have been updated or are in the process of being updated
- Big performance improvements 
- Music commands are gone
Mod commands and the NOTAM command will be updated in the near future

BravoOscarTango v2 is out 🎉

Two new commands have been added, timeout and rem_timeout (not available as slash commands). Some other fixes have been applied to the mod commands and this should be the last time they'll receive an update, as they are a minor feature of the bot
