Friday's chatbot system is back up and running

Friday now has a lot more moderation tools such as welcome roles, blacklisted phrases, spam control and more!

Big moderation update

- Added timer based commands and updates to commands
  - Added a `!remind` command
  - Added optional duration to `ban, mute`
  - Added a `!selfmute` command 
- **Updated the chatbot system for higher accuracy responses (should repeat itself less)**
