Does the bot supports message commands?

• No, Since discord is about to remove the message content intent. So the bot doesn't supports the message commands.

What if i caught a bug in the bot?

• I really apologize to everyone who invited the bot to their respective servers but still were unable to use the bot. There was a error that wasn't registering the SlashCommands/ApplicationCommands for each guild that the bot is in. But now it's all good the bot is completely working fine.
