Converts Yu-Gi-Oh decks from various formats, and searches for cards.

Junk Converter is a Yu-Gi-Oh! utility bot that can take decks from various standard formats and convert them into other various standard formats, all in one command. It also features a command to search for any Yu-Gi-Oh! card in the OCG/TCG and Rush Duel.

Junk Converter supports converting decks from the following formats:

  • .YDK File
  • YDKe:// Link
  • YGO Omega Code
  • Card Name List
  • .JSON File
  • Official Konami Database Link
  • YGOPRODeck Deck Link

Decks can then be converted into any of the above formats, excluding Konami's and YGOPRODeck's.

=== Formatting === YDK and JSON inputs are to be inputted as files, with the "file" option of the /convert command. Users can then upload their deck file via Discord to be converted. Additionally, when converting to these formats, the "name" option can be used so Junk Converter will automatically name the file as the user wishes. Otherwise, the file will simply be named "result". When converting decks from Konami to either of the mentioned formats, the deck name from Konami's website will automatically be applied to the deck's output file.

YDK, YDKe, YGO Omega, Konami, and YGOPRODeck inputs are all standard, and are therefore not often prone to user error. However, card name lists and JSON inputs are required to be formatted in a specific fashion to be accepted properly by the bot. For card name lists, cards should be listed by the amount in the deck, followed by the card name. All cards in the main deck, including spells and traps, should be grouped together. After two new lines, the same can be done for the extra deck (if applicable), and then the same for the side deck (if applicable).

=== Example === 3 Time Wizard 3 Cup of Ace 3 Second Coin Toss

3 Time Wizard of Tomorrow

1 Baronne de Fleur === Example ===

For JSON files, they must be formatted by having three arrays, labelled "main", "extra", and "side". Each of these arrays will contain the official Konami password number of every card, including duplicates of the same card.

=== Example === { "main": [ 71625222, 71625222, 71625222, 37812118, 37812118, 37812118, 36562627, 36562627, 36562627 ], "extra": [ 26273196, 26273196, 26273196 ], "side": [ 84815190 ] } === Example ===
