Slash commands Update

Hey there! so many of you are wondering what’s going on with chae, where is the dev etc. I have been busy of the past few months with other things however recently i have done a full rewrite of the bot, implemented clustering to ensure the bot does not go offline. added added multiple databases, improved a better reload system for commands etc. chae is online and alive. more commands coming very shortly 

Major Changes / Rewrite to chae bot

In this update, i have reworked the command for stability and have changed limitations for non-premium servers.
