Bot that displays 02um moves data from the latest data sheet.

KOF02UM FrameBot

<p>Lantors' work on the <a href="https://top.gg/bot/946480362245206028">KOF XV FrameBot</a> finally gave me the push to start working on the 02UM one I had been envisioning for quite some time. Using his work as a base and his support to patch the bits I was able to make this framebot to display move data off the current official <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lzpQMoGAboJezLT9WRd3O-vlNDNRlgF_47ShtBGZ3G4">Framedata Sheet</a>, soon to be displayed on the <a href="https://dreamcancel.com/wiki/index.php/The_King_of_Fighters_2002_UM">DreamCancel wiki</a>.</p>
<h2>Usage</h2>
<p>The bot has a <code>/frames</code> slash command which accept 2 arguments:</p>
<ul>
<li>the <code>character</code> which is a case insensitive string (e.g. Kyo, Iori)</li>
<li>the <code>move</code> which is a case insensitive string of the motion or name (e.g. Crouch C, Close A)</li>
</ul>
