As bot has completed its first 100 guilds so you can not add bot in server as soon as bot get verified we will let you know after that you can add bot again

As discord has verified orator now you can start inviting it again without any issues

Due to some host and code issue server count is going to display 2 but actually orator is more than 900+ guilds so feel safe to invite it
