Protection

This bot listens for more than 15000 scam links and ip grabbers and deletes them when found. It also has 1500 Suspicious links with for example free hosting services that might house malware and scams, these it will not delete, but it will reply to the original message with a warning about the nature of the site. The detection takes less than a second (faster now with the recently implemented sharding) and is incredibly accurate.

The bot also blocks spamming. If a user types more than 5 messages in 5 seconds, he will get warned. If the user doesnt stop and types 6 messages in 5 seconds, the messages after will get deleted. This might sound strict but it is perfectly good, even for large communities.

FOR ADMINS: The bot now offers a stats command for viewing global and per-server statistics on deleted links, flagged links and stopped spamming attempts. It also features a custom blocklist for partnered servers, where admins of that server can add links to a block-list that only applies to that server.
