For security reason i will temporary close the PteroControl bot,i will migrate databases to better one, maybe implement encryption and reset the old databases 

when the bot is comeback it will have slash command and we will not use message content and dm user asking for panel api and url anymore becouse register command will be added back

ETA Done in 2-5 Days
