Update v1.7 - Bystep | The Ranking Update

Say hello to Ranking again! I am so excited to bring back ranking! Inorder to use Bystep Ranking in your server, you must fill out the form in applications! This form will take 30 seconds at the max.

ADDED:

MODIFIED:
- help command [Changed the layout]
- serverinfo command [Changed the layout]
- website command [Changed the layout]
- coinflip [Changed the layout]
- warn [Changed the layout]
- modlogs [Changed the layout]

FIXED:
- library command [Was not working]
- purge command [Was saying that you could only purge up to 500, which was not true]

REMOVED:
- poop command [Was unprofessional]
- poop2 command [Was unprofessional]
- poop3 command [Was unprofessional]
- github command [Was not used, and our github is private]
- custom prefixes [THIS IS TEMPORARY, IT SHOULD BE BACK SOON!] [New prefix "="]
