Just over 12 hours ago, we shipped several important and exciting updates, including the release of the Special Frame Box and a revamped version of the Black Market.

Within the next 24 hours, Karuta is going to experience one of its biggest changes since release: Edition 2! There's no better time than now to convince friends to join in on the dropping and grabbing frenzy that will occur over the next 30 days. Karuta's most popular characters are going to receive an entirely new set of cards, and that means big changes to the bot and its economy.

Edition 2

Edition 3 cards are slowly being released as of just over 12 hours ago! Let your friends know that now is one of the best times to get into Karuta and collect cards. Following Edition 3's scheduled releases, our year-ending holiday events (Halloween and Festivus) are coming. These events allow players to obtain exclusive frames and morphs, so be sure to check them out!

Around 24 hours ago, the first Edition 4 cards began dropping! Now's your chance to get your hands on some extremely valuable cards, so let your friends know. You can find the Edition 4 drop schedule announced in the Karuta Hub server (linked on this page).

Our Springtide 2022 event takes place in the middle of the Edition 4 drop party, May–June is the target release window for our next major feature, and our very first summer-themed event is taking place in July. Many exciting things are on the way, so come play!

Edition 5 cards have started appearing in drops as of just under 24 hours ago! This is a great time for new players to start playing the bot, so be sure to let your friends know.

Season 1 of ranked Dojo play concludes at the end of this month, and we'll also be launching our Achievements system around that same time.
