POTATO is coming back!

POTATO is back online and it has a brand new website to match: https://potato.edaz.codes.

It currently only has jokes and some debugging features, but now that I have the infrastructure set up it should be quite quick and easy to add new features.

I also plan on implementing support for slash commands soon.
