Fixed public mention restrictions. (sorry about this)
Fixed nsfw detection not working in some cases.
Call webhook image now matches the bot's pfp.
Fixed chatbot not working properly.
Made bot detect multi-word usernames and nicknames.

Aight, I'm in love with the bot, one thing tho, how do I get the 8D Effect to work? And the bassboost as well. I'd type the command bassboost then I get the options up, I type ultra and nothing happens!

- Added multiple time options for &settime command and other commands requiring timings.
- Fixed giveaway command and changed some UI to look better.
- Added the channel options to the radio command.
- Added clearer invite button to the bot website.
- Made the settime even more flexible. Supports weird formats like 1:27:00.
