Check the presence of users by Checker
Main commands:
• /check add: To add a person to the Checker System and alert in a specific channel
• /check remove: To remove a person from the checker system
Subcommands :
• /modify : To modify user data in the checker system
• /mention enable: To mention specific role in checker system
• mention disable: To remove mention specific role from checker system
