?my-tx • Check your own tickets for the server's raffle.
?tx (@user) • Check other user's raffle tickets.
?raffle • Random picks a raffle winner from the list of members who bought tickets.
?clear-tx • Clears/delete all the current raffle tickets of a server after raffle is finished.
