Stellar Tickets is a reliable and user-friendly ticket bot for Discord. With features like ticket blacklisting, past ticket history, logging, and transcripts, it ensures safe and organized communication. Its simplicity makes it easy to use, allowing for quick setup and seamless integration with your Discord server.
Get started by inviting Stellar Tickets to your Discord server and adding a ticket channel. Use the /ticket setup command and set the arguments. You can use /ticket config at any time to review your settings, deleting the embed message will reset your servers configuration. From there on out, everything is self explanatory. A Ticket Support role will be created and given to you, and that will be the role you need to give your staff to view tickets.
Use the /ticket history command to view your past tickets (transcripts included) in the server you run the command in. Normal members cannot search other members history, however, members with Ticket Support role are granted the ability to.
Additionally, guild members that have the Ticket Support role are able to use /ticket getblacklisted, /ticket blacklist/unblacklist, /ticket history, /ticket stats, and /ticket search.
If you need to view a past ticket and have the ID, use /ticket search to lookup the ticket information.
Add or remove users from tickets with /ticket adduser/removeuser.
Users with premium have access to ticket auto closing after chat inactivity.

The bot is actually really useful and its recommended for users are overwhelmed looking at the very detailed website changing loads of settings, even tho the more complicated looking ones, will look better, always because on how many things you change. but this bot just simplifies the process like x10 but less features. I recommend a extra "option" to change the emoji to a server emoji or somethin ...
