I've personally interacted with the bot and it's fire. It's hard to differentiate its response from that of a moderator. Kudos to the developer who took his time on that!

Was previously a negative reviewer due to the bot not working at all, however after getting it working, this bot is really great! Being able to give it knowledge is the best feature (edited)

Amazing bots, easy bot setup until we can train bots with sentences so that bot knowledge when asked will be relevant to the server we have.

After some careful thinking, my rating was too high. He kept saying "I will help you in all CommunityOne blah blah blah". And this kept going through MOST OF EVERY QUESTION. 100% not worth a invite. (edited)

I use this bot for 8 of my servers and honestly think everyone should use it. Devs are based and they def care about a solid product to assist teams be able to run their communities and have REAL analytics to back everything. Would recommend this to any community manager or team that is looking for solid community assistance!

Met the CommunityOne team at a conference and got to learn about their product. Ended up adding their bot to our server in order to track user and moderator performance as well as utilize a tool to track server analytics.
