- Completely reworked logging

What we've been working on over the past few months

Here is a list of all the changes we have made to BigBot over the last 2 months:

Moderation:

- Rewrote most moderation system
- Manually added timeouts/untimeouts/mutes/unmutes are now automatically added to user's modlogs and sent correctly in your moderation log channel
- Added user commands for timeouts, warns and kicks


Logging:

- Fixed unban logs not working


Economy:

- Removed the balance user command
