Send Shiba Pictures to Designated Channel every 10 minutes!

pretty good, helps me cope with my depression, one day I will own a shiba, but for right now we will look at images from discord ! ! 

I've tried it, doesen't seem to be working.

once set, this bot will send a random picture of a shiba inu in that designated channel every 10 minute interval.
if you wish to remove the bot or change the channel, then you can do
$removeshiba and then do the $setshiba command again
